“Enable persons from the Diocese of Winchester to visit the Churches of Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and the DRC for the advancement of religion or other charitable work of those. Assist persons from those Churches with travelling or other expenses to visit the Diocese of Winchester. Provide funds for such other charitable purposes as the Bishop of Winchester may decide.
