“Action Breaks Silence is a UK Charity that Engages, Educates and Empowers communities to stop violence against women & girls. To achieve our aim we deliver: Train the Trainer Programmes; Empowerment through Self-Defence Workshops; a 12-hour schools intervention with girls doing empowerment through self-defence as boys learn to become hero's & active bystanders and the Youth Ambassador Programme.
