PROVISION OF RELATED AND ASSOCIATED EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT COURSES IN RELATION TO EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT, ACADEMIC SUPPORT, SUPPLEMENTARY TUITION, OR OUTREACH PROGRAMMES FOR THE POOR AND NEEDY.
