The relief and assistance of people in need in ukraine and those that see ukraine as their home in any part of the world who are the victims of war by supplying them such aid as the trustees see necessary in the circumstances.for the purpose of this clause, ‘those that see ukraine as their home in any part of the world' is defined as ukrainian citizens who have been displaced because of the war in ukraine and have become refugees and have relocated to countries other than ukraine for reasons of safety.
