For the purpose of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of financial hardship; old age; ill health (physical or mental);poor educational or skills attainment; relationship and family breakdown; poor housing (that is housing that does not meet basic habitable standards) 3 to advance education through vocational training for the unemployed women and girls in uganda in particular but single mothers, teen mothers and orphans by providing them withinformation, advancement of education through development of their capabilities, skills and competencies through vocational training and provision of advice resource centre. Unemployed single mothers, girls, teen mothers in uganda face significant economic inequality and disadvantages due to cultural norms preventing them from owning land, accessing education and employment, face forced marriages and gender based violence. Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act ( (northern ireland) 2008]
